Forests (Bowater-Scott Agreement) Act 1986 - SECT 1 

Purpose

1. Purpose



The purpose of this Act is to ratify, validate, approve and otherwise give
effect to an Agreement with Bowater-Scott Limited for the supply of softwood
for certain operations undertaken by Bowater-Scott Limited.
