Access to register

9. Access to register

Any person, on application in accordance with the regulations (if any) and on
payment of the prescribed fee (if any) may-

   (a)  inspect the register of funeral providers; and

   (b)  make a copy of, or take extracts from, the register of funeral
        providers.
