References to old Act

85. References to old Act

On and from the commencement day, unless the context otherwise requires, in
any Act (other than this Act), or in any instrument made under any Act or in
any other document of any kind, a reference to the old Act must be read as a
reference to this Act to the extent that the reference applies to any period
on or after the commencement day.
