Contents of register of funeral providers

8. Contents of register of funeral providers



The Director must record in the register of funeral providers the following
information in respect of each funeral provider in Victoria-

   (a)  the name of the funeral provider;

   (b)  the business address of the principal place of business of the funeral
        provider;

   (c)  the postal address of the funeral provider;

   (d)  the address of each place of business of the funeral provider in
        Victoria;

   (e)  any other prescribed information.
