Register of funeral providers

7. Register of funeral providers



(1) The Director must establish and maintain a register of funeral providers
in accordance with this Division to record the details of persons who carry on
the business of a funeral provider in Victoria.

(2) The purpose of the register is to give members of the public access to a
list of the funeral providers in Victoria.

(3) The Director may keep the register of funeral providers in any form the
Director thinks fit.
