Production of identity card

55. Production of identity card

An inspector must produce his or her identity card for inspection-

   (a)  before exercising a power under this Act other than a requirement made
        by post; and

   (b)  at any time during the exercise of a power under this Act, if asked to
        do so.

Penalty: 10 penalty units.
