Prescribing codes of practice

47. Prescribing codes of practice

The Minister may-

   (a)  recommend to the Governor in Council that the Governor in Council make
        regulations prescribing a code of practice which-

   (i)  has been prepared and submitted to the Minister under section 45; or

   (ii) has been submitted to the Minister under section 46; or

   (b)  recommend that the Governor in Council make regulations prescribing
        such a code of practice with the amendments made by the Minister.
