Keeping of records

43. Keeping of records

A funeral provider must keep copies of the following documents for at least 3
years after the death of the person in respect of whom a funeral is to be
supplied under a pre-paid funeral contract-

   (a)  the contract;

   (b)  any information given under section 27 in respect of the contract;

   (c)  any receipt given under section 33 in respect of the contract;

   (d)  any documents given under section 30(3) in respect of the contract;

   (e)  any other prescribed documents.

Penalty: 60 penalty units.
