Legal personal representative of person may act

40. Legal personal representative of person may act

Under this Division-

   (a)  a notice of termination can be given; and

   (b)  an assignment, transfer or payment can be made-

by or to the legal personal representative of a person in respect of whom a
funeral is to be supplied under a pre-paid funeral contract whether or not the
person was a party to the contract.
