Termination of contract by funeral provider

36. Termination of contract by funeral provider



If a funeral provider is entitled to do so under a pre-paid funeral contract,
the funeral provider may terminate the contract by notice in writing served
on-

   (a)  each other party to the contract or that party's legal personal
        representative, if the contract is terminated before the death of the
        person in respect of whom the funeral is to be supplied under the
        contract; and

   (b)  the legal personal representative of the person in respect of whom the
        funeral is to be supplied under the contract, if the contract is
        terminated on or after the death of that person.
