Requirement to produce and provide coffin price list

23. Requirement to produce and provide coffin price list

If a funeral goods and services price list does not contain the full range,
description and price of all coffins available for purchase, the funeral
provider must give a copy of a clear and legible list containing a description
and total price of each coffin that is available for purchase to-

   (a)  any person who asks in person about coffins and their prices; and

   (b)  to any other person on request.

Penalty: 60 penalty units.
