Requirement to offer basic funeral service

20. Requirement to offer basic funeral service



(1) A funeral provider must offer a basic funeral service for the disposition
of human remains by burial or cremation in accordance with the regulations (if
any).

Penalty: 60 penalty units.

(2) In this section basic funeral service means the provision of-

   (a)  prescribed funeral goods; and

   (b)  prescribed funeral services.
