Application to remove contract from register

17. Application to remove contract from register



(1) A purchaser under a pre-paid funeral contract may apply to the Director to
remove the information relating to that contract from the register of pre-paid
funeral contracts.

(2) An application under this section must-

   (a)  be made in a form approved by the Director; and

   (b)  be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
