Access to register

14. Access to register



(1) Subject to this section, any person, on application in accordance with the
regulations (if any) and on payment of the prescribed fee (if any) may-

   (a)  inspect the register of pre-paid funeral contracts; and

   (b)  make a copy of, or take extracts from, the register of pre-paid
        funeral contracts.

(2) The Director may restrict access to the register of pre-paid funeral
contracts in the circumstances determined by the Director.
