Transfer Order

45. Transfer Order

The Minister must, before the succession day, by Order published in the
Government Gazette-

   (a)  allocate to Film Victoria such of the property, rights and liabilities
        of the Corporation as are specified in the Order; or

   (b)  allocate to ACMI such of the property, rights and liabilities of the
        Corporation as are specified in the Order.
