Delegation

28. Delegation

ACMI may, by instrument under its common seal, delegate to-

   (a)  the members constituting a committee of ACMI, if the committee
        includes 2 or more members of ACMI; or

   (b)  the Chief Executive Officer; or

   (c)  any of its members; or

   (d)  any member of its staff-

any power or function of ACMI other than-

   (e)  this power of delegation; and

   (f)  any power to make by-laws.
