Sale or disposal of an item in the collection of moving images

26. Sale or disposal of an item in the collection of moving images

Despite anything to the contrary in this Act, ACMI must not sell or dispose of
an item in the collection of moving images except in accordance with a
resolution of ACMI, approved by the Minister, that retention of that item, or
items of that class, is unnecessary or inappropriate to the activities of
ACMI.
