PART 1 PRELIMINARY

Purposes

1. Purposes

The purposes of this Act are-

   (a)  to establish Film Victoria; and

   (b)  to establish the Australian Centre for the Moving Image; and

   (c)  to repeal the Cinemedia Corporation Act 1997 and to abolish the
        Cinemedia Corporation established under that Act.
