FUNDRAISING ACT 1998 - SECT 69
Delegation by Minister and Director(1) The Minister may, in writing, delegate to any officer or employee of the public service any of the powers conferred on her or him by this Act, other than this power of delegation.

(2) The Director may, in writing, delegate to any officer or employee of the public service any of the powers conferred on her or him by this Act, other than this power of delegation.
