FUNDRAISING ACT 1998 - SECT 39
Powers of CourtS. 39(1) amended by No. 70/2001 s. 24(1)(b).
(1) Subject to this Part, the Magistrates' Court Act 1989 and the Rules made under that Act apply to all applications and references by the Minister or the Director to the Court under this Act.
(2) The Court in hearing an application, or dealing with a reference, under this Act may do anything that it may do in the exercise of its civil jurisdiction.
