Powers of Court

39. Powers of Court



(1) Subject to this Part, the Magistrates' Court Act 1989 and the Rules made
under that Act apply to all applications and references by the Minister or the
Director to the Court under this Act.

(2) The Court in hearing an application, or dealing with a reference, under
this Act may do anything that it may do in the exercise of its civil
jurisdiction.
