Form of reference

38. Form of reference



(1) A reference under section 37 must be in writing and must be lodged with
the registrar and must state the question or matters to be determined by the
Court.

(2) The registrar must send a copy of the reference to each party other than
the Minister or the Director (as the case may be), and must notify each party
of the time and place fixed by the registrar for the hearing of the reference.
