Where and for how long records are to be stored
31. Where and for how long records are to be stored
(1) A person conducting a fundraising appeal must ensure that any records or
accounts that the person is required to keep under this Part are stored at all
times in Victoria at the address or the registered office or principal place
of business of the person or of the designated person.
Penalty: 50 penalty units.
(2) The person must also ensure that the records or accounts are stored at
that place for 3 years after the date the appeal ends.
Penalty: 50 penalty units.
