Exceptions to sections 10 and 11

12. Exceptions to sections 10 and 11



(1) The obligations imposed on a person by sections 10 and 11 are subject to
any contrary obligations imposed on the person by the Director under section
19C or 23.

(2) Sections 10 and 11 do not apply to receptacles used in any circumstances
specified for the purposes of this subsection by the regulations.
