FIREARMS ACT 1996 - SECT 68
Licence conditions for dealers licences(1) A dealers licence is subject to any conditions imposed on the licence or the category of licence by the Chief Commissioner.
(2) The holder of a dealers licence must comply with any conditions to which the licence is subject.
Penalty: 60 penalty units.
