Information required for an application by a body corporate for a dealers licence
65. Information required for an application by a body corporate for a dealers
licence
An application by a body corporate for a dealers licence must-
(a) specify the officers of the body corporate; and
(b) in respect of the premises for which the licence is to be issued,
nominate the person who will be responsible for the day to day
management of the business on that premises; and
(c) be accompanied by, in respect of each responsible person and any
person the applicant proposes to employ in the business-
(i) proof of the identity of each person, being, if the Chief Commissioner
so requires, proof in the same manner and to the same extent as is
required for an identification reference under the Financial
Transactions Reports Act 1988 of the Commonwealth; and
(ii) a full set of the person's fingerprints; and
(d) be accompanied by-
(i) a statement setting out the name and address of any person who is a
close associate of the applicant; and
(ii) a full set of the fingerprints of any close associate of the
applicant, or if it is not possible to obtain a full set of such
fingerprints, if the Chief Commissioner so requires, any known
information about the close associate.
