Issue of dealers licences

60. Issue of dealers licences



(1) The Chief Commissioner may licence a person to carry on the business of
being a firearms dealer at the premises specified in the licence.

(2) A licence issued by the Chief Commissioner under subsection (1) may-

   (a)  be issued in relation to all categories of firearms or in relation to
        those categories of firearms specified in the licence; and

   (b)  may authorise the carrying out of all aspects relating to the business
        of being a firearms dealer or may be limited to particular aspects of
        that business.
