44. Review of a decision not to renew a licence

A non-prohibited person who has applied for a renewal of a licence under this
Part may apply to the Committee for a review of a decision of the Chief
Commissioner-

   (a)  not to renew that licence; or

   (b)  to alter or vary any of the conditions on the licence.
