43. Circumstances in which the Chief Commissioner may alter or vary conditions
on a licence

The Chief Commissioner may alter or vary the conditions on the licence-

   (a)  if the applicant can no longer demonstrate that he or she has the
        reason for which, in respect of any of the firearms possessed under
        the licence, the licence was issued; or

   (b)  for any other prescribed reason.
