Continuation of licence during consideration of application for renewal

41A. Continuation of licence during consideration of application for renewal

If a licence holder has applied for renewal of a licence under section 41 and
that application has not been determined before the date of expiry of the
licence, the licence is deemed to continue in force, on and from that date,
until the determination of the application.
