Renewal of licences
41. Renewal of licences
(1) Before the expiration of a licence under this Part, the holder may apply
to the Chief Commissioner for renewal of the licence.
(2) A person who is making an application for the renewal of a licence under
this Part must make that application to the Chief Commissioner.
(3) An application must-
(a) be in a form and manner approved by the Chief Commissioner; and

(4) An application must be accompanied by-
(a) a list of all the firearms in the possession of the applicant; and
(b) in the case of an application by a body corporate, if any of the
responsible persons has changed during the course of the licence-
(i) proof of the identity of the new persons, being, if the Chief
Commissioner so requires, proof in the same manner and to the same
extent as is required for an identification reference in the Financial
Transactions Reports Act 1988 of the Commonwealth; and
(ii) a full set of each person's fingerprints.
(5) The applicant must pay the fee prescribed for the category of licence
applied for.
