FIREARMS ACT 1996 - SECT 37
Variation of licence conditions(1) The Chief Commissioner may, at any time vary any condition imposed on a licence under this Part by the Chief Commissioner.
(2) The variation of a condition under this section has effect upon the giving of notice of that variation to the holder of the licence.
