Variation of licence conditions

37. Variation of licence conditions



(1) The Chief Commissioner may, at any time vary any condition imposed on a
licence under this Part by the Chief Commissioner.

(2) The variation of a condition under this section has effect upon the giving
of notice of that variation to the holder of the licence.
