Review of decision not to issue a licence

34. Review of decision not to issue a licence



(1) Subject to subsection (2), a non-prohibited person who has applied for a
licence under this Part may apply to the Committee for a review of a decision
of the Chief Commissioner-

   (a)  not to issue a licence; or

   (b)  to impose a condition on a licence.

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a decision of the Chief Commissioner not
to issue a licence on the ground set out in section 17(c)(ia).
