Application for a licence

31. Application for a licence



(1) A person who is making an application for a licence under this Part must
make that application to the Chief Commissioner.

(2) An application must be in a form and manner approved by the Chief
Commissioner.



(3) An applicant must pay the fee prescribed for the category of licence
applied for.
