Issue of firearms ammunition collectors licences

28. Issue of firearms ammunition collectors licences



(1) The Chief Commissioner may licence a person to acquire, dispose of,
possess or carry cartridge ammunition for the purposes of collecting cartridge
ammunition.

(2) The Chief Commissioner must not issue a licence under subsection (1)
unless the person is a member of an organisation of firearms collectors or an
organisation of ammunition collectors approved by the Chief Commissioner.
