13A. Reasons for applying for paintball marker licence

The Chief Commissioner must not issue a paintball marker licence unless the
applicant can demonstrate that the licence is required for the purpose of
engaging in activities that require the use of paintball markers at a location
approved by the Chief Commissioner.
