FIREARMS ACT 1996 - SECT 137
Alteration of documents(1) A person must not alter the particulars on a licence, permit, certificate or other document issued under this Act.
Penalty: 240 penalty units or 4 years imprisonment.

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to the Chief Commissioner or any person acting on behalf of the Chief Commissioner.
