FIREARMS ACT 1996 - SECT 114
Exemption from Freedom of Information Act(1) The firearms register is an exempt document for the purposes of the Freedom of Information Act 1982 .
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply where a person is applying for information on the firearms register which specifically relates to that person.
