FIREARMS ACT 1996 - SECT 109
Conditions applying to a permit(1) A permit to acquire is subject to any condition which is imposed on that permit or generally on permits to acquire by the Chief Commissioner and which is specified in the permit.
(2) A person who is the holder of a permit to acquire must comply with any condition to which the permit is subject.
Penalty: 30 penalty units.
