Variations of licences and permits by regulation

55. Variations of licences and permits by regulation

If the regulations add, vary or delete a licence or permit condition with
respect to a class of licence or permit, the addition, variation or deletion
immediately applies to every licence or permit of that class in existence,
unless the regulations state otherwise.
