Fish receiver licences

41. Fish receiver licences









(1) The regulations may create classes of fish receiver licences and may
specify that the holder of a fish receiver licence of a particular class may
do one or more of the following-

   (a)  receive for any specified purpose any fish of a specified priority
        species;

   (b)  receive for sale any other specified fish;

   (c)  possess, process or sell any fish of a specified priority species.





(2) The Secretary may issue a fish receiver licence of a particular class to a
person.



(3) A fish receiver licence continues in force for the period specified in the
licence by the Secretary unless it is sooner cancelled or suspended
under this Act.
