Powers and functions

27. Powers and functions



(1) For the purposes of this Division, the Minister may exercise any power and
perform any function conferred on the Minister under Division 1 of this Part
as if the Commonwealth Act applied under this Division.

(2) Sections 14 to 25 of this Act apply in respect of arrangements under this
Division with such modifications as are necessary.
