FISHERIES ACT 1995 - SECT 187
Meetings of the Panel(1) Subject to subsection (2), meetings of the Panel are to be held at the times and places that the Panel determines.
(2) The chairperson of the Panel may fix meetings of the Panel.
(3) Subject to this section, in any meeting, the Panel may regulate its own procedure.
