FISHERIES ACT 1995 - SECT 147
Improper use of informationA person must not use any information obtained during the course of the person's duties under this Act to obtain directly or indirectly any pecuniary or other advantage for himself or herself or for any other person.
Penalty: 200 penalty units or imprisonment for 12 months or both.
