Judicial notice and publication of agreement

14. Judicial notice and publication of agreement



(1) All courts and persons acting judicially must take judicial notice of the
signature of a person who is or has been a member of a Joint Authority or a
deputy of a member of a Joint Authority and of the fact that the person is, or
was at a particular time, such a member or deputy.

(2) Any agreement entered into by the Minister under this part is to be
published in the Government Gazette within 14 days of the agreement being
entered into.
