FISHERIES ACT 1995 - SECT 139
Fish research stations and hatcheries on Crown landA person must not take or attempt to take any fish, protected aquatic biota or noxious aquatic species from any research station or hatchery on Crown land without the written permission of the lawful occupier of the land.
Penalty: 50 penalty units.
