FISHERIES ACT 1995 - SECT 131U

The chief executive officer must cause the following to be kept—

        (a)     each application for authority; and

        (b)     each authority; and

        (c)     each application for variation of authority; and

        (d)     each variation of authority; and

        (e)     each order cancelling an authority; and

        (f)     each report of a principal law enforcement officer under section 131P or 131R.
