FISHERIES ACT 1995 - SECT 111B
Offence to take a commercial quantity of a priority species within 24 hours(1) A person must not, within any 24 hour period, take a commercial quantity of a priority species unless he or she is authorised to do so under this Act.
(2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) is guilty of an indictable offence and is liable to a penalty not exceeding level 6 imprisonment (5 years maximum).
