FISHERIES ACT 1995 - SECT 101A
Authorised officer may execute warrant to arrest(1) An authorised officer may execute a warrant to arrest issued in respect of an offence under this Act.

(2) A warrant to arrest directed to a named authorised officer may be executed by any authorised officer or police officer.
