Transitional provision—Primary Industries and Food Legislation Amendment Act 2012Section 56, as amended by section 66 of the Primary Industries and Food Legislation Amendment Act 2012 , applies only to acts or omissions of persons to whom section 56 applies that are the subject of proceedings commenced on or after the commencement of section 66.
