Sale of food through food vending machines

4G. Sale of food through food vending machines

For the purposes of this Act, any food that is sold through a food vending
machine is to be taken to be sold-

   (a)  by the proprietor of the premises on which the machine is located; and

   (b)  on the day when, and at the place where, the food is received by the
        purchaser.
